interspire site - customization

This project is about updating a new installation of Interspire to look like our previous site. The previous site was Joomla based important features on my main site now are. * ssl certificate. i can get you key if we need it again to install. * live chat. via msn or gtalk * manual download section " users have to be registered to get free download" * godaddy secured badge * follow us on " facebook, twitter, youtube" * join our mailing list "this is with constant contact and i can get you html code if you need it" * share this buttons. please make sure that once complete all html code is clean of errors. i would like to keep add-on modules to the minimum, please keep code light so i can get fast response time like i expect. please make sure not to change anything in code that might be affected if i try to upload to newer version once update is available. once site is installed and running let me know and i will login and pick a template from available templates. should be quick project for expert developers.
