JobBoard WP theme - Allow registering job posters or seekers to choose their own password instead of system assigning one

We are using Templatic's Job Board theme. [login to view URL] We would like people that are registering to be able to set their password then as opposed to having the system send them their password over email. If you are successful, we will need detailed instructions as to how to make this modification ourselves, since we will be re-installing the theme at another location. We can provide you as many blank, fresh installs of the theme as needed in order to work on it.
