Lightspeed eCommerce + wordpress integration - repost

We need a custom theme for light speed web store and wordpress that will integrate the two into one unified look. The wordpress section would be used to display static pages and blog, while the light speed install will function as a store. This job will not pay by the hour, it will be flat rate only. We have a host already and we have a functioning light speed and wordpress install currently. I will not provide a working environment. I expect to work with the developer directly for testing. You need to be comfortable with the Yii php network as that is what is used in Lightspeed.
