PHP , MYSQL DATABASE

We need a work order database. we are a electronic repair shop with collection point all over the country, therefore we need some kind of a online order database to track all repairs. the database should contain a admin login -to setup multiple store logins -to setup repair shop logins -to setup details in the repair order form repair shop login - to overview search edit and print orders - delete orders with password predefined by the admin store admin -to setup store logins store login -to create repair orders page to check repair status - order + phone number = repair status Repair Order - each store should be able to create new orders - track there own orders - will not be able to change or delete orders once they are shipped and confirmed with a tracking number - the repair order once created should print 2 pages (order overview with terms and conditions editable by admin) to sign by customer - the repair order once created should print 1 page on a 2nd till receipt printer the order number and some store details(editable by admin) - all orders should be printed with barcodes - the repair order should send multiple predefined(by admin) emails statistics for admin and store admin the order database can be based on wordpress or a separate html+php+mysql and touch screen friendly price can be negotiated and can be more then predefined we open for suggestions and offers
