Referral & rewards system for Wordpress ecommerce site

OKAY, I NEED THE REAL WORDPRESS EXPERT ON THIS ONE I want a refferral and rewards system set up on my current site. Details below. There will be a new psd integration page for dual drawings for free prizes. To be eligible for drawings you must be a registered user. No purchase is necessary. Once entered into the drawings or registered for the site they can then start to refer friends via: email: They can manually enter as many emails as they want. There will be a default message that they can modify. email: Pull contacts via entering credentials for yahoo, gmail, aol, etc. This will pull all there contacts so they can select all or just check the ones they want to invite. Again there will be a default message they can modify if they want. Social Networks: They can post banners (banners are already made but need to be converted to html) to their facebook or twitter. They can choose one banner or auto select/post. The auto select/post feature will randomly select banners at pre-determined intervals selected....for example every 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 24 hours. Their facebook/twitter info will need to be stored on our site to achieve the latter. Post banners to a personal site or blog etc. They will choose the banner or banners of choice from a selection and then they will receive the code to copy and paste to their own site. The click throughs must also be tracked. For each person that clicks through and registers they will recieve one point. Next: How they will earn points: They earn points when someone clicks through the email or banners and REGISTERS for the site. This all must be tracked and saved within each account and in the admin section. They can also earn points by purchasing select products on the site. For example they may purchase a clock for $20 and will also earn 20 points with thier purchase. This also must be added into their point total and maintained. Next: How they can use their earned points. A customer can use their accumulated points for: 1. Extra chances to win the free prize drawings. So if they have a lot of points and use them for that it will have to calculate how many extra chances they have. It's comparitive to putting more names in a hat. The more names that go into the hat the more chances that yours will be pulled out. 2. They can use their points to purchase items in the retail store of the site. A point will have a numeric value (to be set up in the admin) and would probably start out at 10 cents per point. So if they have 35 points in their account and want to use it toward merchandise at the checkout it would be $3.50 total. They can combine their points with credit card/paypal payments in check. There will be a place that asks them if they want to use their points toward the purchase and how many. They are not forced to use all thier points and can use how ever many or little at any time. Other notes: I can change the point value at certain times (for example from 10 cents to 20 cents) at any time for special promotions etc. All coding for this must be clean. Everything must work perfectly and points must be calculated perfectly. There is really no room for errors with something like this. If you don't truely have a good idea of the scope of this project please do not bid. I want everything done complete, functioning perfectly and to my satisfaction. All funds will be placed in escrow and there will be no milestone payments.
