Restaurant PSD to WordPress template, buildout - Child Theme

Project taking PSD files from a web designer and creating a WordPress child theme based on WooThemes Canvas theme. See attached design sample to see an idea of the theme. Designs provided from the designer include home page, sub page, and blog page templates. Project will include PHP, HTML, and CSS code as well as some javascript (jQuery). All code must be done to the latest standards and be top-notch quality. The homepage specifically has a javascript 'slideshow like' element that must be integrated. A milestone payment will be made once the child theme is complete and installed on our servers. After this we will begin the last portion of the project. Project also includes setting up WordPress pages and moving content over from existing website. This portion of the project is relatively smaller - estimated at 5-8 hours work. The developer must be fluent in english, and show substantial experience with developing WordPress including use of child themes, as well as some interactive javascript development.
