WordPress plugin - export posts to Word, RTF + Google Doc

I’m looking for someone to develop a lean, effec­tive and secure WordPress plu­gin that enables peo­ple to export single posts or pages to some or all of Microsoft Word, Open Office, RTF and Google Docs. Export to Word and also to a different, non-proprietary format are required. The plugin would support the fol­low­ing fea­tures: (1) full styling that would carry through to the exported document (e.g., nested ordered lists down to four or five levels, the CSS for which would carry through to the exported document, paragraph spacing, etc) (2) the exported files would be capa­ble of being pro­tected and not being avail­able to search engines, e.g., a post designated in WordPress as private would still be capable of export but the export link wouldn't be accessible to anyone other than the admin and the logged in user who created the post (3) the admin could indi­cate in the back­end whether he/she wishes to auto-create a table of con­tents in the exported doc by ref­er­ence to H1/H2/H3 head­ings in the post or page to be exported (4) the admin could also indi­cate whether page num­bers should be auto­mat­i­cally added to the exported doc (5) the admin could also spec­ify the font that should be applied to the exported doc (6) the admin could specify in the backend whether the exporting functionality would apply to all posts, only some categories of posts, and/or pages (7) the plugin would enable people, when writing posts, to add a shortcode or the like that would designate a page break for the exported document A good deal of this capa­bil­ity already exists in the Uni­ver­sal Post Man­ager plu­gin, but devel­op­ment of it has ceased, its sup­port of Open Office is patchy, it doesn’t sup­port export to RTF or Google Docs and a number of items above are not supported. It would be a good starting point but one would need to strip out all the extraneous functionality and beef up the exporting capability in multiple areas. Please let me know if you're interested.
