I'm a designer / developer with some extra work to share. I prefer to design and work with clients directly. So I need a developer that can take my designs and convert them into custom wordpress themes. Typically a homepage with 3-5 custom page templates and one or two custom post types are required. Widget and custom menu areas are usually needed. Would need to know your rate for creating a theme from the designs I provide, how long it usually takes you to deliver and would need to see a sample theme or two that you've built so I know what I can expect from your work. Can pay you via paypal at whichever intervals you deem fair and necessary on a per project or regular interval basis. Any questions? Many many thanks for your consideration.
