API and Software Solution required for Ebay style site integrated with our Joomla/Virtuemart Website.

We need an API and software expert to automate our sales process and automate inventory/product creation on a Joomla/Virtuemart website from MYOB Data. Please read below detailed description of current process and where the automation is required carefully, Do not bid if you cannot complete the job or understand the requirement. What we want summary: Item gets sold on an ebay style auction website, API to send this data to Joomla site running virtuemart and auto create an account for customer, add item/s to cart and "park" the cart. Send customer an email with link to cart so they can retrieve and continue and complete sale (Add more items, edit address details etc.) Once order is completed and and shipped by us, ability to mark the sale as complete in bulk on auction site and Joomla site. (Our CMS has ability to download orders in CSV format) Read further in Detailed description. ## Deliverables Currently process is (not linked to our Joomla/Virtuemart website) 1. Items sells on auction side and paid for on auction site. 2. We print packing slip from auction site and ship the item, 3. manually search for "Auction number" and email customer with tracking details, 4. Manually search "Auction number" on auction site and mark as "Goods Shipped" 5. Once a month all auction marked as "goods shipped" is downloaded in a CSV file, converted to a file format compatible with MYOB and invoices rasied. 6. Once all sales are invoiced we manually mark each "Goods Shipped" auction on auction site to sales complete. Extract inventory count from MYOB in CSV format and manully update qty on Joomla website. We can provide links on how to access API details from auction site called Trade me (<[login to view URL]>) Coder needs to provide a solution for us to to automate/simplify our current process to and stop double or triple data entry. Our Joomla/Virtuemart site has ability to download orders in a CSV format. Items listed on the Trademe auction site can have multiple names that link to 1 sku for example USB Wall Charger HTC Wall Charger iPhone Charger all link to 1 SKU number. This is the case with most of the items.
