Advanced Facebook Application Development

The California College Democrats seeks a programmer with experience developing in the Facebook API environment to build an advanced application to help expand and promote our organization. We need a coder that is willing to work with us from the bottom to design and develop the most effective application possible. The more advanced and clean the application, the more money we will pay for it. We would like a highly custom application that can integrate political outreach and organization through Facebook. We have raised a good amount of money to do this, and payment could move over the $5,000 mark. This is highly dependent on how advanced the application is, and the quality. We want to get a running dialogue with a coder(s) to plan an application, and then develop it. Below are some brainstorming we did as to what the application might include. Experienced Facebook developers that are interested, please send ideas you might have and we can work with you to design a project, and then pay at completion. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
