Custom Joomla or Wordpress Theme

I need a unique, custom Joomla or Wordpress theme designed, coded and installed. The theme must be plugin/widget-ready and the design should be appropriate for a site related to the MMORPG World of Warcraft. I have a logo that will be provided later, but I am looking for a creative designer to create a simple, attractive, professional looking theme. The theme should be very ad-friendly and allow for any combination of 728/468 banners, 160/120 skyscrapers and a rectangle ad. I need the theme designed more as a CMS (not a typical blog). The front of the site will contain news, articles, a featured video and links. The main feature of the site is our "guide" section (static category and sub-categories). ***Please be sure to include a link to your portfolio with all private messages or bids*** Excellent English communication skills are a must.
