Drupal theme design + Logo

We would like a Drupal theme designed for an online video site. This will include header, footer, tabbed menu, block, button, and fonts. Experience with Drupal theme design is required. We are using Drupal 4.7. ## Deliverables Here are some example site designs that we like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In general, we like sites that: - Look pretty clean and uncluttered - Have graduated tones in the background or blocks - Uses round cornered blocks to separate different sections of the site and put emphasis on items - Uses round cornered, polished looking buttons - Uses round cornered tabs for the menu - Has clear, easy to read text and organization. Highrise or anything else by 37Signals. One of the pages will feature a video contest. With a simple layout that consist of three panels that says Step 1, Step 2, Step 3.
