Dynamic Table in HTML

For a survey I'm looking for someone who can quickly program a dynamic HTML table that will insert random text elements into a specific cell of the table. The table will have three collumns, the most left being static, and the right two will be dynamic. Each Choice set will be based on random text in the cells. For each cell different text items have already been determined as follows: Ticket price: 5,6,7,8 Time Validity: All day, After 9AM Internet Access: Yes, No Seat Reservation: Yes, No Access to new travel products: Yes, No Availability of time and location information: Yes, No Access to personalized travel plan: Yes, No Real-time and dynamic updates: Yes, No Real-time delay information: Yes, No Crowding information: Yes, No The choice for service would be as follows (except there will only be 2 choice buttons) | service1 | service2 | service3 | The service that the person chooses (clicks) will have to be registered, and all the attributes must become an output that can be stored.
