Excellent WebSite Designer Needed IMMEDIATELY

I have a new company and I need a website designed.? I already have a database guy handling ALL database work on this site, so I just need someone to design a template that I bought from Template monster.? This site is going to be decently complex with a sign up page where the user will create a log in user name and password. a front page, a contact us page and many other pages.? This site will also have an auction on it that my members can bid their points they get from opening up my emails for products in this auction.? I am going to need a admin page I can log into and upload the product pictures and descriptions and place a starting point amount and all to start off with, as well as ads all over this site will need to rotate every 6 seconds or so, so on this admin page, I will need to be able to place in a time of how often the ads will rotate and upload ads in the specified places on this site. My database guy will handle all back end stuff.? I am just briefly explaining this site, and how it will opperate.? This site? will have amny thigs needed on it, so it will be better off talking mroe in depth about it after we get rolling here.? This is also something that a full time job could be given with salary if done well, and FAST!! ## Deliverables I am looking only for designers in southern california I can meet up with and go voer everything, as this site is going to be a really big deal, and I have a ton of money into it already with investors.
