Website that uses Foursquare API to pull statistics from list for competition (wireframe)

We have an application that currently uses the foursquare API and a specific foursquare list to allow for checkins at places indicated on our list. We are looking for a website to partner up with that application that has a leaderboard sharing statistics from the list. Users can log in through foursquare connect api to view their own personal statistics and that of others. Graphics will be provided to code around, but a separate bid for graphics can be made in the text of this bid. All responses that are not questions must have bids attached.
