13636 Yahoo Weather grabber

I need to display weather info in my home page grabbing from Yahoo Weather RSS feed. It should work exactly as it works in Yahoo home page - user enters zip code or city name in weather box and it gets weather info for this location in weather box. so user remains in the same home page when he enters zip code or city name and weather is displaid in the same home page without going to other pages and coming back. All weather info should be grabbed from Yahoo Weather. Deadline for this project is 3 DAYS. If you can not complete it on time, we will deduct 5USD from the bid amount for each day you delay.
