cPanel JSON api problem

Hello, I need some programmer who can help me to fix cpanel api issue . I've buy file hosting script form [login to view URL] with FTP UPLOAD plugin . The FTP UPLOAD plugin require cpanel hosting to work (json api) . After I’ve setup cpanel server and setting the ftp upload plugin configuration , It not work . So anyone who can help me to fix this problem please make a bid Server Info 1. Main server ([login to view URL] , not able to access at now must to configure your host file before access) not install any control panel . Main script install on this server . Centos 64bit . SSH accessible . 2. FTP server . cPanel/WHM version 11.32 . Centos 64bit . SSH accessible All of server login credential will send to the winner after bid is finish .
