Custom B2B site Creloaded

We recently installed a new version of B2B after a hacker attack and need the following done to customize the site, for both in english /french: 1) Hide the following items from non-logged in customers: Buy Now buttons Pricing (replace with text link "Must be logged in to view price" link to contact us page) Add to cart button 2) Checkout Page to be one page with no payment required, but a PO# box to be added 3) Canadian Taxes to be listed appropriately 4) Custom customer information form 5) Username and Password to be custom 6) removing of (-) in subproducts 7) Adding in fullist of wholepricing 8) Adding "Apply Now" button to menu 9) Search button to be the advance search function so be able to find product by description, product code, manufacturer or price We need this started asap. Please include references. We will also need a copy of all custom work to be sent to us, for backup.
