iOS To-Do List App w/Server Backend and Sharing

**NOTE: If you do not want to be ignored, please read this description fully!" A To-Do List application is needed for iPhone, with a server back-end and sharing capabilities. It's intended as a homework tracking tool for students. Technologies used will be PHP/MySQL for the server, and either a native iOS app, or an HTML/CSS/JS w/PhoneGap for the client. It will be quite similar to existing to-do list apps, and could even be based on open source software like MyTinyTodo. [Please write the words "Crazy Tiger" at the beginning of your response to this project - then I will know you are serious]. There will be some new features, in the way users share their lists and in how lists are displayed. Please view the attached description file. Payments: I would like to spend no more than $500 USD on this app. If your bid is in the thousands, please don't even bother as I don't have that kind of money.
