Create a custom PHPFOX module

Hello PHP developers, We are going to use PHPFOX for our social network and we need PHPFOX familiar programmers to create a customized module for us: We want users to have the ability to give tips to each other (like pay money for each other) So what we need is a tipping system module to be displayed on every user's profile page that displays the total amount of money collected by each user. and also specify which level the user is in (like: beginner, advanced, pro) based on if they reached the amount for each level (for example beginner: from $0 to $50- advanced from $50-$500- pro from >$500) Of course people would have to just click a button "tip this user" under the user profile picture for example and it would take them to the gateway set by the user going to get paid (like the user's paypal account) also it would do a ranking of the most paid users of the website.
