PHP Event times Ticker

I am looking for a php coder to modify my website with various other areas....But specifically this job i just need a php file modified to display server event times correct for my online gaming website. Idea is...i have like 20 different events.....they start at diffrent times..last differnt amount of time........ a php coder made a file for me but dose not work correct......and he is now no longer active. website is [login to view URL] server events left hand side down. need it in file...so..example.... catelesiege that is listed.....it might be 2 times a week....and last for 1 hour on first event....and couple days later..lasts for 1 and a half hours.......so need in file to set something like. castlesige event........1:day = hour = minute = duration =..........2:day = hour = minute = duration = etc on some events thoe...like marry event at the bottom..will be 5 times a day....so first event might be at 12:00...lasting for 10 minutes...next at 15:00 lasting 30 minutes next at 20:00 lasting 20 minutes...so its not equal times....
