Redesign of website

Hi, We currently own an international brand called WOW (website url www.w%owmed%[login to view URL], remove percentages) and we would like to redesign the website. The logo must stay the same or very similar as it used on all WOW websites however we would like to redesign the entire look of the site. Examples of other brand websites we like the look of can be given on request. We would like to keep the main colour as yellow and flash is nice is possible. Kind Regards, Matt Lovett
