SEO Software Tool Improvement

Hello: I currently have an SEO Software application that I need to add functionality to. This tool has already been developed, and is currently working. It has been developed in PHP and MYSQL, and it is web based. Right now, basically, the tool will allow a user to submit articles to Wordpress based blogs. Basically, it connects to the blogs, which I upload via an Excel sheet, and it mass posts articles into the blogs, creating a link back to the site of the user. It is also connected to The Best Spinner, so it spins the content. Right now we have an admin and an user area, admin can upload blogs, and create users, and users basically post. We need to add some more functionality. The proyect is to add this additional functionality: We want to connect the software to 3 other platforms where it should be able to submit as well. Please take into account it should be able to connect and submit to these platforms, but only to our own network of sites. The sites would be uploaded via an excel sheet as well. - Video Directory Script [login to view URL] - Article Directory and Link Directory [login to view URL] - Social Bookmarking [login to view URL] Other functionality needed are these features: - Reporting Functionality: We need the software to give a report after it has posted to the user on the URL´s where it posted, how many, and how many from each type. - User management: Right now only admins can create users. The problem is, there is no way to manage it. We need to add the functionality to be able to manage them, this means edit or remove any part of any user. - Private site networks: Right now there is only 1 site network. What we need is to be able to have private site networks, that only certain users would be able to have access to. So, when we create a user, we decide which networks he has access to. - Accounts managements: Some of the platforms, need someone to create an user to post. Video Site, Article Site, Social Bookmarking Site and Link Directory platforms need this. We need the software to connect to our own sites, and be able to create users for our customers, so they don´t have to do this themselves. -Logo: We have a logo, we need it to be added to the top of the site. -Site upload: Right now, as I said, the software uploads via Excel sheet. We want it to upload via the web browser, not an excel sheet. Once this development is done, there might be something else we might need. So there is room for further work. One of the most important qualities we are looking for in companies that will bid for this is to be able to fullfil on time. We want dedicated companies with whom we can stablish a long term relationship, for we have about 10 new proyects we work on every month. We will only accept bids from companies, not individuals.
