Simple membersystem & upload REST API (based on JSON)

It doesn't have to be fancy, it must be very basic, very easy to understand but in clean code. I will build a template for it myself so just keep it as simple as possible. I'm looking for a programmer that can assist me more often with similar small projects. So if you do a great job and don't ask too much money, you will be rewarded with more projects. I'm looking for a programmer that can build a very simple api for me. I allready set out some the basics, please see the attachments for the required SQL & PHP files. The API is ment for resellers who want to resell my services. They need a very simple user system based on a table like this: id, username, email, password, date, paid for their own users. Their users don't know that the actual conversion process is done by me. So therefore this API that uploads/converts everything invisible. In the usersystem there's a small uploadform. This upload form only allows PDF files up to 100MB. The files are uploaded to my own webserver, so not the resellers webserver. Here's where your API comes in. The upload form is uploading the file to the API on my server, processes the upload and puts it in MY database (see SQL "files" database). Now the usersystem of the reseller is checking the status of the file. If the status is 0, there's a message like "Converting", if the message = 1 it says something like "ready, click here to view the file" with a link to the uploaded PDF file. So simply said, this is what i need: - usersystem with these fields: id, username, email, password, date, paid - login form - register form - API that handles the PDF upload on an external server and spits out a status code, 0 or 1. - usersystem keeps checking the API for the status of the uploaded files.
