clean up a page of code!

for my forum i have a main page where all the board are.. basicly i have 1 pgae with this on which i have provided below and want it tidying up to minimal coding... at the moment everything works and looks fine so i dont want any of the looks or useability chnaging just the code cutting down... if i choose you for this i have mnay more scripts to come which i will need help with and you will be chosen to help me! happybidding! (looking for cheapest one guys, i also have this posted else where as i need this as a smaple job of your work!)
