Scenario: Person A upload photo to instagram and hashtag #abc.... i want a Bot to like that photo (from my instagram account) ONCE and comment "thanks for tagging the photo" I will need to code and user guide (step by step to define hashtag as i might want to use this application on another hashtag. I do not need mass like to a photo and will not pay based on likes count.
