php private project - open to bidding

Hi, I am developing a php private site to control projects. My boss add a project on that site and choose a employee. Please check [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (user) 123456 (password) clientes --->customers who pay the jobs "meus trabalhos" --> work that a company director handed me I can enter in a project, add sub​​-tasks to the project and check the existing "trabalhos" ---> all company works "Novo Trabalho" ---> new project/Task I can add a new job, choose a "cliente" >customers for destination project (or create a new one) "escolher perfil" is a template, like a template task to develop a website, and choose the employee to do this job "contactos" --> all employees "fornecedores" ---> suppliers ------ For now it's too simple, but I like it. However I think still miss privileges / permissions ...a simple user create a new task (only admin could do that) or miss a calendar evente, to check on calendar how many task we need to do, and time to finish or control of hours spent I want to improve a better site. for example, Admin restrictions (Only admin can add new projects, delete, and create users) and Time Spent (users can regist time spent and check a dashboard with all time spent per project) (Admin Check all time spent per user) is that possible? Price? and time? thanks
