Editing a web proxy script

I need someone to customize a script called CGIProxy. You can see the script at this site: [login to view URL] . There is a frame at the top when you are browsing, and I need that frame to also display adsense ads. Also, if you could create a control panel which will let me see which sites people are visiting through it, and in what order (not by frequency as most stat counters are). This control panel can be simple, but I would like the option to block certain pages just in case people abuse the proxy. The frame at the top can be used to enter in a URL, but sometimes this is still detected and the page still gets blocked by the other proxy that i'm trying to get around, so if there is a way to maybe change this, that would be great too.
