Perl/CGI upgrade

Need an upgrade for our site, [login to view URL] It has been designed with Perl, based on the rcdbs program, check at [login to view URL] Currently members are able to view their entire downline, regardless of how recent these members came on board. What I need is to add to this information, what their current activity has been for the month, number of signups, and totals. Also the totals for the whole membership should be viewable there. There should also be a small area dedicated for the administration, to show current revenues, etc. That's it....simple
