Sprite Artist

I am looking for someone who is capable of designing sprites. We will need multiple base sprite models, these base sprite models will be basic with no clothing, etc... There will be 8 "Types" of sprites, and a Male / Female version of each sprite, the sprite will need to be made on a sprite sheet as described: Each action will take up 32w and 64h Actions that the sprite will need to do are walk N, S, E, W, so a total of 12 actions per sprite, (3 frames for each direction the character is walking) If you need an example of what I am talking about you can see a sprite sheet for RPG Maker VX, that has the same number of frames, but the characters are not the right style I am looking for. Once we have the base sprite models, we will be designing "Layers" of clothing for these, including head, chest, back (cloaks, etc..), feet, hands, neck, and rings (the neck and ring will obviously be very simple and likely hard to notice except for some very specialized icons.), and main hand and offhand items (mostly weapons and/or shields) We will be needing about 30 variations of chest, 15 head, 5 back, 5 feet, 5 hands, 3 neck & ring to begin. The most work will be in the main hand and offhand items, and we are unsure of an exact number of those yet. We are open to discussing a profit share, however we know most people include ourselves only work for money, and we're willing to make that work for you, so let us know what your expected hourly rate will be, and any sprite work you have done in this caliber (layers for clothing, where we can lay the base sprite on a transparent background, and layer articles of clothing on top of the sprite and it would look like the sprite is wearing the clothing.) Our budget is not high, however if you are worth it, and do good work, we may pick you anyway just need to break the total project up over time to properly afford your time, so don't think we are looking for the cheapest, however if you have good quality and are not overly expensive that is a huge plus.
