Plesk VPS setup required!

I got new VPS for my website, now I need a pro to set it up. I need few plugins installed with latest apache and PHP build. Followings are the modules which I need installed. I have links to all of the needed libraries. Curl, GD, mcrypt, mhash, mysql, openssl, pcre, session, zlib, and PECL zip and PECL fileinfo mpeg2codec, currently using v1.2, and libmad, currently 0.15.1b, and lame, using v3.97 now. Other libraries may or may not be required, including libogg, libvorbis, libwmf, and libdrm. It also needs freetype2, v2.2.1, and GD 2.0.33 and ImageMagick 6.2.9.8 Also sox and a zip and unzip program. Please also send me doc/details how you did it so I can keep that in record and if I mess it up than I can do that again myself. My budget is $50.. don't bid over that. Regards
