Migrate Prestashop from 1.4.1.0 to latest stable version - open to bidding -- 2

Modal4Pdf New responsive theme should be set for the 1.6 version New functionality as a module is required as per this: functionality required, cart with products with multiple carriers should work fine. Thus following scenario should work 1. Product P1 for Rs 200 is set carrier C1 2. Product p2 for Rs 300 is set Carrier C1 C1 - All order worth Rs 500 - free, else rs 50 1. Product P3 for Rs 200 is set carrier C2 2. Product p4 for Rs 300 is set Carrier C2 C2 - All order worth Rs 400 - free . else rs 40 Customer add P1 & P3 in cart. Carrier applied C1 & C2 - shipping cost is Rs 90(40+50) Customer Adds P2 also then shipping cost is Rs 50 Customer Adds P4 then shipping cost is 0 Also we should be able to add Cash On Delivery cost on a given product. so Cash On Delivery cost should be added as per given supplier. For products of a given supplier, Cash On Delivery cost should be added. Shipping rules should be visible in UI in new tab as Shipping Rule on product details page. Shipping info should also include number of expected delivery days. Info which can be fetched from carrier info
