Tailor of Woman's Clothes

I am looking for someone in India, China and others countries to manufacture or find me a manufacturer / Tailor of Ladies clothing. The item I require to be made is specific in detail and I can supply a photograph and name the materials required in order to make it. The item is a dress which would then have to be shipped (by the manufacturer to the US) and be within a certain price bracket. I would want to be provided with 3-5 different possibilities, with full contact details, email, telephone number, etc. of the tailors who tell you they can make a copy of this item. I will provide a photograph and size of the item I want made to the successful applicant and I would want them to show the photograph to the tailor / manufacturer first to ensure they are capable of copying it before emailing me suggestions. This is a one off job, however, if the successful applicant finds someone who is quick, efficient and reasonably priced, there are other companies / individuals that I will ask you to source for me.
