Make changes to zen cart program

I developed a Zen cart ecommerce site awhile ago and want to update it but don't want to do it myself. 1. Upgrade the zen cart version from1.3.8a to 1.3.9. 2. Remove the right hand side boxes. 3. Make the pages fit the screen. 4. Change the name or eliminate about 5 of the left hand side boxes. 5. Add the add on called Simple Google Analytics by Eric Loenberger to the site. The site name is poscheap,com I will probably have other things to be done after the following have been accomplished.
