I need an expert css coder to make some fixes to my homepage and sub page css style sheet:

IE 8 is the browser that will show you how the site should look like.
In IE 6 & 7 you will see the header is broken up and if you click on one of the news or events below you will go to the sub page and see the hear is broken up too. Please make a hack in a new separate css style sheet file and call it "ie6-7hacks.css."
This task is urgent, so I need it done today. Thank you!
