iPhone PDF/Image Reader App

I need an iPhone application that will take a website address as an identifier (e.g. [login to view URL]) - and then connect to a webservice and download a magazine. - n.b. the URL is only to identify which magazine we will serve - the app will NOT download anything from that particular website it self. The magazines is currently a PDF and the easiest things would be to simply display this PDF. If that is not possible (or would take too much time) then we can supply each page as an image instead. The 'magazine' will be downloaded from a webservice that we will supply. It's a bit like Zino but for our own magazines.
