"Solar Street Light System" using Raspberry pi.

Hii One of my friend working on "Solar Street Light System" using Raspberry pi. The details given by my friend is... When the vehicle or human comes the light should glow. Then I used a PIR sensor and Ultrasonic sensor for the detection. For the power supply I used inverter and the solar panel. LDR for the day and night detection. So based on this all ,the project was completed. But In midway they made changes. Like they told not to use PIR and Ultrasonic sensor. And also they told not to use inverter as power supply and told to use battery instead. So she have purchased a new sensor according to the range and also the new battery. Now she is unable to understand what to do like whole coding should be changed and she have limited time to do it. She has all the required components. So i need a freelancer who can guide or help her in completing the project or who can complete on behalf of her. Thank you.
