Do some 3D Modelling - 2.5 floors

I have floor plans for a factory and a basement. The factory has an enclosed mezzanine level* that is L or U shaped wrapping one side, and the rest of it is floor to ceiling. * Imagine hanging a level halfway from the ceiling downwards, over part of the factory floor. It's easier to see the plan. Need this done in SketchUp. You could start with another tool and import it in SketchUp, but I need the output in SketchUp. I need 1x roofless model of the basement (e.g. [login to view URL]) 1x roofless model of the factory/mezzanine levels 1x roofless model of just the factory, without the mezzanine level Flat rate USD 50 and only if you can do it in the next 6 hours. For someone skilled in AutoCAD (SketchUp can import CAD files), or using SketchUp itself, this is just an hour's work I imagine. I could be very wrong of course, but that's my budget.
