Hi,
I have a set of data comprising roughly 50,000 data points collected over four years. The data covers the full population. The data includes year, ethnicity, industry, age group, previous qualifications, level of complexity, quality, funding consumed and credits achieved.
The data is grouped so, for example, all persons in 2011 that were aged 19 years or younger, of a specific ethnic group, employed in industry X, who hold an undergraduate degree and are male are counted together. The proxies used for the count of individuals are the credits attained, and funding consumed. I have attached a sample file as background.
I need to understand the relationships in this data, and to identify any areas where the differences between ethnic groups are statistically significant. I expect it will be necessary to present descriptive statistics, chisquare tests, and to perform regression analysis, but I would look forward to your proposed approach.
I am interested in responses that detail the methodology that will be used, and describe how you go about presenting and explaining the results.
Please also detailed the timeline that you can work to including what progress could be made within 24 hours, and one week.

For your work, the ethnic groups are categorical so the thing is here we need to see if the variables are independent or not. If they are dependent we have to look at the correlations between them. We can make dual relations, this relations can be defined by you or I can make dual relations lets say between the Industry and the quality. For the relations I can make a regression analysis and I can make the significant comments for it. With the descriptive statistics I can give the graphs to explain it better.
