[login to view URL] helps connect people with their local govt. They provide updates/alerts, allow to process service requests, etc. Visit [login to view URL] for instance and click Login at the top. You'll see it brings you to [login to view URL] This is their product. It's an online portal for individuals to sign up and receive these alerts, get news and information, process service requests (like filling in a pot hole, etc.), get data, etc. They created a mobile friendly view for their site but they need a native app (for both iOS and Android) Good thing is, a web service is already there to use and pull all of this content/info through to the application. If it makes better sense, we're open to creating this in HTML5 and wrapping it natively with Phonegap or Titanium for instance. The site is built on Ruby on Rails. You may want to sign up to one of the sites and get a feel from a frontend user's perspective. Let me know your thoughts, questions, costs, etc. and the sum of 7+7?
