144120 I want links

I want links for one of my sites. Specifically I want one-way inbound links from pages PR4+. They must be on pages with less than 25-30 links per page. I must be allowed to specify anchor text and surrounding text. They must not be on link exchange pages, blogs, or other spam-type pages. They must be on English language pages - preferably .[login to view URL] and .com etc. The links must be clean - i.e not bounced around. The pages they are on must be indexed by Google, be spiderable and have been recently spidered / indexed. No bad or spammy neighbourhoods. No porn, gambling, cialis etc sites. The links must be permanent, and checkable - I will give you a spreadsheet to fill in. You'll need to record the url and the exact date the link was added. There are a few other things that I have not had the time to put in here. To start off with I want to add 30 links. If the links are of the correct quality and do not disappear etc this will become a resular gig. I have lots of sites which I do not have time to build links for. PMB me and tell me how you'd build these links. I'm looking in the first instance for a price for 30 links as described above.
