418512 Flash website contact form

I need someone with excellent PHP scripting and code skills along with excellent flash movie skills to correct a problem where a website is not sending out a message from the contact form. Must be able to communicate in very good English in writing, by skype or google chat if you are out of the country [USA]. This should not be a big problem for someone with good skills, and if I like working with this person, I may use them again for future work. Please do not respond if you do not meet the qualifications above. Small budget on this one, just a correction to existing code.
