Do you have the skills to program a search engine that will use full Boolean search logic and search form terminology, including keyword searching and word proximity connectors, to crawl a defined universe of relevant publicly accessible industry websites to permit focused searching of publicly available information, and then return deep link results to the person searching and also categorize the results (e.g., articles, statutes, court decisions, blogs, etc.). In other words, this would be similar to Google or Yahoo, but will categorize results and be much more focused, with full Boolean search capability. Also similar to Google or Yahoo, the deep link results must contain one or two teaser lines demonstrating relevance and responsivness to the search.
