525099 Joomla rental component

Hi Freelancers:) I need a component to manage house rentals in joomla. I like very mutch the component showed on this site (not mine): [login to view URL] (this is the home page where you can see on the left bar a search module, where house are searchable for category and locality.) Here [login to view URL] you can see a property listing for category. I don't need all details showed. Particularly I don't need stars ratings, an order for price range. I need a way to bookmark property (if the user is logged), price range (max price - low price)anf that name of property , category type and description have some defined tags (see the 1st image attached). When somebody clicks on a property goes into property details see [login to view URL] I need a details schedule like this, with menu tabs (editable from backend), I don't need google map map tab, penultimate tab "offerte"(special offer or other name" highlighted. Particulary attention to the last where are inserted prices. I need some similiar with calendar showing current month and next fourth. Each month divided for weeks (week starts on saturday) and possiblity to insert price for every week by admin and possibly to insert a special offer highlighted and original priced showed but strikethrough. I like the layout of this site , could not be similar i'd like simple and nice looking). All should be manageble by admin into easy way for my client. Insert text (for the part showed into property listing and for detailed property page), upload photo (with auto resizing) and text should respect h1,h2... tags as showen into image...and tag title should be the name of the property (example 001 - Appartamento Gallipoli Name of apartment------> Code - category - property name). The urls generated should be seo friendly (i use shsef404) I need to have when the work is finished and checked, the component installed into a my site and a zip file that could be installed by admin.
