Bulk Fax Marketing Project Needed

Contractor needed to send fax marketing pieces in the U.S. to our list of numbers.  Ideally you can merge data into advertisement, but is not critical. Initial fax group would be 100,000 one page (black and white), successful numbers. After successful sending of pieces, follow up sending would be 100,000 every day.  Flyer may differ from day to day.   Please quote either a flat rate or per piece price. This is a fax advertising job, NOT EMAIL. Please note that bids need to be cost competitive with do it your self rates. Also, don't suggest I spend $5,000 on a server and software and then pay you a hourly rate to send out faxes. This doesn't make sense.
