Lead Follow Up For Atlanta's Top Real Estate Investors

Who We Are We are a Top Real Estate Investment company in Atlanta. We have been doing deals for a combined 10+ years. We are not a one-off shop who is satisfied a few deals a month. We are always looking to grow and scale. And we are looking for you to provide a critical element to that process. We are constantly generating interest in our business, so much so that we can't handle the critical, initial touch point ourselves anymore. That's where you come in. Your Role You would be following up with warm and cold leads, most of which have already reached out to us in response to our marketing. Your role is to gauge interest, gather some basic information about their situation, and refer them over to one of our Acquisition Specialists. This is not a deep sales role, so don't feel that kind of pressure. This is a people role. We are working with people who are often in difficult living situations and we are calling as a solution provider. It's super important that we are connecting with people and you could be that missing link. About You - A freelancing professional who: Loves connecting with people Enjoys being on the phone Has experience on calls handling rejection Has a proven track record of quality work and commitment Enjoys following and improving processes You are super organized Is responsive and excited about the work you do Is fluent in English Loves to work from home and is flexible Is available for 2-4 hour blocks of time daily between 8:30am - 8:30pm EST, M-F Responsibilities: Make and track outbound calls Send interested leads to an Acquisition Specialist Track status of leads in our company's database Continue to follow up until we have established interest Provide daily report on completed work
