321414 Used Car Lot WebSite

Used Car Lot Website I need a website that I can sell to used car dealers. Not a “classified” site but a single dealer site. No out side sellers. Just the dealerships. Site should operate very simple, web based, ad pictures, and make front page listing, descriptions, and other things as well, to start with. we'll tweak it later. Maybe someone has already built or has one ready to go. This will need to be very simple to load to any server. I need one site that I can sell over and over again to small car lots. Easy on the bids. It's a simple site, simple bid. 50% escrow. 100% payout on delivery of fully operational and ready to run and sell to dealers, site. Loaded to my server, and including zip files. Then I need a website where they can buy and down load the site zip files and up load directions in order to set the site up them selves. With PayPal modules ready to go Site needs to be able to show "my' banner ads I would like to have an admin panel that controls all sites that are purchased. And any options you can think of?? Questions? Ideas?
