10,000 Facebook Fans and 10,000 Twitter fans

We need at least 10,000 Facebook Fans and 10,000 Twitter fans for our existing page. Proof of prior work is required for this job TERMS: - All fans must be REAL people with active Facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! - All fans must have a minimum of 50+ friends in their Facebook page - Fans can be ONLY from USA<------ IMPORTANT!!!! - All fans must have status updates that go back minimum of 30 days - NO bots, NO Black hat techniques, NO Farmville or any other game - NO spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures - NO pornography, NO anything inappropriate - NO fans that will risk my page deleted<------ IMPORTANT!!!! - You must use good practices when gathering fans. - This job must be done by NO means of Illegal activity - You cannot use any software or script to generate fans and we will NOT give you access as an administrator to our Twitter or Facebook Fan Page or backend. -Please use ONLY good practices for inviting fans (Facebook or Twitter accounts must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook or Twitter accounts are banned/deleted. Again, if our page gets banned for too fast friend adding you won´t be paid ( I have no scripts or anything against FB TOS to get my page banned.) - Strict confidentially is required, and this project may not be used for references. <------ IMPORTANT!!!! - And again... STRICT CONFIDENTIALLY IS REQUIRED!!! You can NOT reveal to third party our Fan page. - You will be paid extra $100 if fans remain active after 60 days. Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or you don’t get the extra $100 bonus ou must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook or Twitter accounts must not be banned/deleted for your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook or Twitter accounts are not no longer active there will be no payment for this project. and we never work with you again. If you have previous experience in doing this please provide details of the Facebook account. Please send us sample pages for which work was done. Payment Terms: (payment will be sent via Freelancer only and appropriate feedback will be left on how well you work) +20% Milestone 3 days after I get 2,000 fans Facebook, and 2,000 Twitter followers +20% Milestone 3 days after I get 2,000 fans in Facebook, and 2,000 Twitter followers +20% Milestone 3 days after I get 2,000 fans in Facebook, and 2,000 Twitter followers +20% Milestone 3 days after I get 2,000 fans in Facebook, and 2,000 Twitter followers +20% Milestone 3 days after I get complete 10,000+ fans in Facebook and 10,000+ Followers on Twitter All Milestones will be released 7 days after I get complete 10,000+ fans in Facebook and 10,000+ Followers on Twitter and only if the Facebook or Twitter accounts are not banned/deleted. (if they are banned/deleted i will dispute the payments, and you are not going to get paid for this project ) If you do this work successfully I will continue on this with you to generate 1 million fans. If you can get targeted fans who are related to music industry you get extra $50 bonus. Please provide what techniques you will use to generate fans (if you don’t explain, I will ignore your bid) You need to mention in your PMB massage how long time you need to add these 10,000 fans safely to my Facebook and Twitter account with any risks to the accounts.
