cloud based tool

We are deploying an Accumulo instance on AWS along with our proprietary software for n-dimensional graph processing (called ‘GE’). It is a C# application which has created a number of hurdles for us. We are presently attempting to run GE using Mono (a task that we should have complete by later this week). We have a prototype which demonstrates large scale graph processing with GE using map-reduce. This prototype uses a web UI to assign manually ISP to servers. We have no tools for configuring and managing instances of GE in the cloud. So starting/stopping GEs is a totally manual process. We are looking to contract with someone to help us by building out these tools. We want to migrate from a UI managed prototype to a scripting capability for startings, configuring and stopping GE. You would need to have an understanding of cloud operations, an understanding of map-reduce but more importantly an understanding of basic management tools and necessary functionality. We see this as a 2-3 month contractual engagement. There is an opportunity for this to be extended.
