lync server clone

looking for a developer who can quickly develop a software similar to lync server, but not with all the features. - I need the app to be able to chat with other people and save the contacts in their contact list (similar to ICQ, windows messanger, etc) - 2 types of accounts: Client and Engineer - Client can only chat with other clients and with englineers - engineer can take over remote control of clients desktop without having to ask for ID and password Thats all. No conferencing tool needed, no voice chat, no VoIP. Just chat and remote control.
